I guess I opened a Pandora’s box with my post “BOYCOTT NBC”… because I have been overwhelmed by the number of God-loving Americans who supported that and liked that. God bless America. With all this talk and blogging about our ‘Pledge Of Allegiance’… Somewhere along the way this creepy hollywood ” I pledge” video was brought to my attention.
I’ve watched it over and over again and still couldn’t figure it out. I kept saying to myself what is it? What the hell is it? Is it a liberal thing? Is it a democrat thing? Is it a anti-Pledge of Allegiance thing? Is it an Anti-God thing? Is it an Anti-American thing? Is it a scientologist thing? Is it an eco-thing? Is it an idol-whorship thing?
Maybe it’s just a quirky-cool-secular-hollywood thing? Maybe I’m not hip-edgy-cool enough to understand it? Maybe I’m too Christian? Little help anyone?
I don’t know what scared me more… at the very beginning when Obama said, ”lets summons a new spirit” or when the hip-edgy-cool-actors say “I pledge Allegiance to Obama?” Those threw me way off. Way off. That scared me. Yikes.
But what was probably the most bizarre thing on the entire spooky video was Demi Moore said at the end… “I pledge to be a servant to our President.” Servant? Yes, she actually said, “servant.” We’re never ever to be anybodies servant! Except a servant to our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST. And Barrack Hussein Obama is most definitely NOT Jesus Christ. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid Demi. Double yikes.
Furthermore the President of the United States serves the people. The people do not serve the President.
I just don’t get why aren’t they just saying the ‘PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE’ ?

I did not notice any mention of the words: the Lord, Jesus, Jesus Christ, Our Father, One Nation Under God, Under God, In God We Trust, or The 10 Commandments.

I find looking at pcruties of Jesus very uplifting. I know it isn’t Him but it REMINDS us of Him and helps us to concentrate our thoughts on spiritual things.I find all symbolism whether candles, pcruties et. are like a stepping stone to concentrating on the REALITY OF JESUS they are helpful stepping stones which points us to JESUS THE FOUNDATION STONE.Anything which helps us to grow as Christians can only be good!
I pledge to work harder at the call2fall project, so that our God will stop turning his face away from our country. We should stop being selfish and asking for more than we need. There are so many people who have so much less than we do. Yet we ask for so much, we need to stop. We need to live more like Jesus. Love everyone regardless of anything they have done in their past. Does it matter? No our God is a mighty God, The great I AM, and he loves everyone no matter what we have done or thought of doing. So lets pledge to call2fall on our knees if we are able, or stand what ever and do it each and evey day to pray and follow God…he is the way, the light for each of us. He is our protector if we just let him. So I pledge to follow the Lord and be a better Christian and person to all. AMEN

Pledge to be a servant to all mankind? Are you serious? To be a servant to Obama? Are you serious? Mankind has fallen from grace. We need to be a servant to Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ the one who died for us. We don’t serve Obama, we serve Jesus. We should help others in need and share the Gospel and love of Jesus to others.

And these celebrity drones pledging to go out and make a difference with Obama as their foundation.
Amos 8 tells us of the famine in the end times where the Word of God would not be found. I certainly didn’t hear anything these drones said even remotely mentioning our Father.

The statements made by the celebrities is not surprising. We should not expect someone who is not a Christian to understand the truth. The individuals most likely thought what they were saying was reasonable, rational, selfless, and altruistic. The way of a fool is right in his own eyes…” (Proverbs 12:15). Each of us is blind without the leading of the Holy Spirit to reveal our sinful nature and need of a Savior. Every day there seems to be more evidence showing the immense depravity throughout the nations; right is deemed wrong and wrong is deemed right. Each Christian needs to be a light in the darkness regardless of the costs.
